A ranking system based on session quality ensures that engaged, respectful users get matched faster.

Yes, Pitch is free to get started. Free users can make matches, join video calls, add friends, and build their profile at no cost. Premium features like extended call duration (up to 60 minutes), priority matching, and the ability to see who viewed your profile are available through an optional paid subscription.

What equipment do I need to use Pitch?

All you need is a device with a camera and microphone — a laptop, desktop computer, or smartphone. Pitch works directly in your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge) with no downloads or installations required. For the best experience, we recommend a stable internet connection and a quiet environment.

How is the video powered?

Pitch uses Agora, an enterprise-grade real-time communication platform trusted by companies worldwide. Agora provides low-latency, high-definition video and audio streaming. Your video calls are processed in real time and are never recorded or stored. We also support screen sharing so you can demo products and walk through presentations during calls.

Is my data and my calls secure?

Security is a top priority. All data transmitted through Pitch is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Video and audio streams are processed in real time by Agora and are never recorded or stored. We use Google Authentication for secure sign-in, and all payment data is handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card information. Can I use Pitch on mobile devices?

Yes, Pitch is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets through your mobile web browser. Simply visit gopitch.live on your phone, sign in with Google, and start matching. The video call experience is optimized for mobile screens, including the ability to switch cameras and mute audio during calls.

How do payments and premium features work?

Premium subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. You can subscribe to unlock extended call times, priority matching, and other features. Your subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time through the billing management portal in your account settings. We also offer one-time purchases like hearts and roses for expressing interest in other users.

How do I report inappropriate behavior?

If you encounter harassment, spam, scams, or any behavior that violates our Terms of Service during a video call, you can report the user directly from the call interface or by emailing us at hello@gopitch.live. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Confirmed violations may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing hello@gopitch.live. We will remove your personal data within 30 days of receiving your request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you have an active premium subscription, please cancel it before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
